Järvaveckan has rapidly evolved into one of Sweden’s most significant democracy events. Bringing together political parties, businesses, and interest organizations, it serves as a hub for discussing key societal and political issues, with a focus on integration. Since 2018, Accomplice has been the digital partner for Järvaveckan, working towards making the digital experience as strong and seamless as the physical one.
Since its inception, Järvaveckan has experienced rapid growth. By 2019, the event had already outgrown its original digital tools, leading to inefficiencies in managing administrative processes and in offering an optimal experience for both visitors and exhibitors.
Based on insights from web data and through continued collaboration with the Järvaveckan team, we set out with clear goals: improve user experience and streamline the administrative workload. In 2019, we launched a digital booking system, an updated digital brand and online presence, significantly enhancing the overall user experience.
Järvaveckan 2019 was a record-breaking success with a 25% increase in visitors. Extensive media coverage highlighted the importance of the event, and the new digital tools played a key role in simplifying operations and improving engagement with participants.

We have continued our collaboration with Järvaveckan in subsequent years, adapting the platform to meet evolving needs. During the 2020 and 2021 editions, the focus shifted to enhancing accessibility and virtual event capabilities, particularly in response to the growing importance of hybrid and fully digital events. We introduced new features, such as integrated live streaming, enhanced user support, and more robust tools for exhibitors to manage their participation digitally.
With each edition, we refine and expand the platform’s functionality. In 2023, we introduced advanced analytics tools that allow the Järvaveckan team to make data-driven decisions, improving both participant experience and operational efficiency.
Our goal remains the same: to ensure that Järvaveckan’s digital presence continues to match the significance of its physical event. We look forward to future innovations and supporting the festival’s growth as Sweden’s leading democracy festival.
