Information you choose to provide
This website does not contain contact or submission forms. If you contact us using the published email address or phone number, the information you provide is handled through the communication service you choose and used to answer your inquiry.
Usage data and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site. Analytics storage is denied by default. Analytics cookies are only stored when you accept the analytics category in the cookie banner.
Depending on your choice, analytics data may include browser and device information, pages visited, approximate location, referral information, and interaction timing.
Client portal accounts
When you request or use a client portal account, we process your verified email address, name, company, approval and access status, and company assignment. We use this information to authenticate you, review access requests, administer client relationships, and provide the portal.
Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, services provided by Google, process and store portal account data on our behalf. A necessary browser session is used to keep you signed in. Passwordless sign-in links are sent to the email address you provide.
We retain portal account information while access or the related client relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards for administration and security. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
Cookies and consent
A necessary first-party cookie stores your cookie choices for up to twelve months. Optional Google Analytics cookies are controlled by your consent choice. You can change that choice at any time using Cookie settings.
Third-party links and media
Some pages link to or embed third-party services. Case-study video from Vimeo is not loaded until you explicitly choose to play it. The map on our Contact page is lazily loaded from Snazzy Maps and Google when you scroll near it, which may share technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information with those providers. Third-party services have their own privacy policies and practices.
